ULTA will open its newest location at the North Hills Village Mall, 4801 McKnight Road, Ross, next Friday. To celebrate, the new ULTA store is offering free makeovers and hair consultations, and giving away gift certificates to the first 100 customers in the store during opening weekend. It combines a selection of name brand cosmetics, fragrances and skin and hair care products with a full-service in-store salon.
